ENGEL‘s injection moulding machines have fulfilled the industry‘s most exacting demands for some 60 years and have helped make ENGEL the market leader in quality machines. ENGEL has the same objectives for the medical product market sector – to supply machines and plants that not only comply with required standards but exceed them. To support this drive, ENGEL has not only invested in research capacities but also in a clean room system. Engineering, production and sales have been grouped in a separate division. technology – produced in line with GMP policies:
- ENGEL victory, e-victory, e-motion and speed series injection moulding machines provide the technological basis for medical injection moulding machines. These high-precision machines are perfectly qualified for the production of medical moulded parts.
- ENGEL sees itself as a system supplier. With pick and place robots, automation components, and our own engineering and project management capacities. ENGEL not only offers its customers machines, but also integrated production systems including injection moulds. Including quality standards in line with c`GMP rules.
- ENGEL has its own c`GMP qualified clean room to GMP C. The clean room is available exclusively for application technology development and the qualification of machine components
